Whatever you buy from me, you get your own portal with it. The work and where it has got to, what is waiting on you, every document, and the conversation about the job in the same place as the job.
Included with everything, including the free things. There is no version where it costs extra.
Why it exists
You pay a deposit. Then you hear nothing for a fortnight, so you send a polite email asking how it is going, and you get back the words "nearly there". Two weeks later you ask again and get them again.
Most of the time that is not somebody being bad at their job. It is that there was nowhere to put the truth, so the truth only existed in their head and came out when somebody asked for it.
This is the somewhere. It is the same screen I work from, so what you are looking at is the actual state of your job rather than a summary of it written for you.
What is in it
The stages, the tasks inside them, and which one is live right now. Not a status I remember to send you on a Friday. The thing itself, as it moves.
A short list of the decisions and answers I need, so a job never sits still for a week because of a question you did not know you had been asked.
Contracts, drafts, logins, the things you sent me and the things I sent back. Not scattered down an email thread you have to search on a train.
The conversation about the work lives with the work. Not in your inbox and mine, where neither of us can see what the other one has.
The same questions come up on every job, so they are written out properly in my words. Past those, there is an assistant that can read your project and answer about it at eleven at night, rather than you waiting until Wednesday morning for me.
Whatever you paid for, plus anything free I have put in there. It stays yours and it stays in one place.
One account
Buying anything opens your account, and everything you buy afterwards joins the same one. A website this year and a course next year are both in there, under the same login, next to the documents from both.
You see your own work and nothing else. So does everybody else. No client can see another client's project, their documents, their figures or their conversation, and that is built into how the thing reads rather than being a promise I am making.
When a job finishes, the account stays open. Your files and your logins are still yours and still there.
Every client, on every piece of work. Everybody who buys anything, including the free things. Anyone who introduces work gets their own view of their introductions. If more than one person at your end needs in, they get their own login rather than sharing yours.
Straight answers
Nothing, and there is no version of this where it is an add on. It comes with every single thing I do, including the free ones. If you take the free audit and nothing else, you still get an account.
No. Some people live in it and some people never open it and just reply to my emails. It exists so that the truth about your job is somewhere you can go and look, not so that you have another thing to keep up with.
It is one account, and everything you ever buy joins it rather than starting a new one. If you buy a website this year and a course next year, they are both in the same place with the same login.

Two things. The help articles, which are written for clients and contain nothing private, and your own project, read through the same view your own screen already shows you. That is the entire surface. It cannot see another client, a fee, a note, a quote or anything about the business, because it is never handed them in the first place. That is a limit on what the function can reach rather than an instruction it has been asked to follow.
