I built websites for a living long before I did any of the rest of this. It is the part I have the most miles on, and the only part with reviews you can go and read for yourself.
Website care
Hosting, updates, backups, monitoring, and the small changes you would otherwise have to go and find somebody for. If something breaks it is usually fixed before you notice. If you want a paragraph changed, you send me a message.
It starts the day the site goes live and asks nothing of you at all, which is rather the point. You hear from me once a month either way, including the months where nothing happened.

Website and brand
Market research, the words, the build, the brand, the search groundwork, and your own client portal to watch it happen in. Five weeks, done for you.
The whole thing asks about three hours of you: one call at the start, the content when I come asking for it, and one round of feedback. Five weeks from the day I have that content and your logins, and you see the design at the end of week two, so you are never left wondering.
Half up front, half when you have seen it. If the design is not right, say so and we stop there. No balance to pay, and the files and the logins are yours that same week. I would rather lose half a build than hand somebody a site they are quietly embarrassed by.
The first three months of Website care come with it. After that it carries on at £75 a month unless you tell me not to, and one line back stops it.

Work on the business
This is the part where we work together properly. Monthly and rolling, so you are never locked into anything, and I only take six people at a time.
All three carry the same promise. Come to the first session and see. If you do not walk away from it with at least one thing worth more than the month costs, do not pay for the month. You are the one who decides that, not me, and I will not make it awkward. There is no tie in either way.
Stop Firefighting
An hour a month with a clear focus, a guided programme that runs across the year, and me on the end of an email inside 48 hours in between. It suits founders who are already solid operationally and want a proper view from outside the thing.
It asks an hour a month of you, and a straight answer when I ask what you have been avoiding. You leave the first call knowing the one thing to stop doing, and by day thirty it should have stopped.

Get It Built
Two calls a month: one to work out where to point, and one where we sit down and do the thing. A read across all five areas every month so nothing goes quiet, the Life Audit, replies inside 24 hours, and a nudge from me in between.
Two hours a month, and the willingness to move something between the calls rather than the night before one. The Life Audit is done inside the first fortnight, and by the end of month one you know which of the five areas is costing you.

Runs Without You
Two calls a month, one strategic and one where the system gets built, and everything in between written down rather than talked about. What you end up holding is your own operating system, across the business and the life around it, and it is yours to keep. Quarterly reviews, priority replies, and days in person near Knutsford when they help.
Two hours a month, and the honesty to let somebody else do a thing you happen to be good at, which is the harder half. The first version of your operating system is written by the end of month two, and something is running without you by month three.

The Ninety Day Build
Ninety days, fortnightly, to build the system your business runs on and get the first three things off you. Fixed scope, fixed end date, and everything we write is yours. It is Runs Without You at pace, with a finish line on it.
Two hours a fortnight, and somebody in the business who is allowed to take a thing off you. You have the map by day fourteen, the first thing running without you by day forty five, and the whole system written by day ninety.
After that first fortnight you will have the map and one thing off your plate. If the fortnight has not earned its keep, we stop there and the rest does not happen. You decide that, not me.
Three payments of £2,000, or £5,400 paid at the start. It ends on the day it says it ends.
Four months of Runs Without You, done in three and then over.
Inside
A day a week, in the business rather than sat beside it. I take a function, run it, hire into it, and hand it back working. Two clients at a time, and usually a fixed piece of work rather than something open ended.
It asks a day a week of your business, and the authority to change how that function works, which is the part people hesitate over. In the first month I take it on, write down how it runs and find the person. Handed back working by month three.
The first month decides it. If by the end of it you would rather I was not in the business, we stop and the other two months do not happen. I would rather find that out in week four than in month three.
Minimum three months. Two places, and they are not often free.
A day a week of somebody who has done it before, with no recruitment fee, no notice period and nobody to make redundant.
Six at a time, and that is the whole cap. Past six the work gets thinner and everybody can feel it, and the point of building it this way was that earning a bit more should not mean working more hours. If the six are full I will tell you straight, and you can either wait or I will point you at somebody good.
What happens after you buy
Everything I sell is used through your own client portal, and you get one whether you have spent six thousand pounds or nothing at all.
Your name and your email, and that is the whole form. The portal opens straight away and your login is in your inbox before you have closed the tab. Nothing is charged at this point, and nothing is granted either.
Every price, what is included and what it asks of you sits on the product itself, so you are deciding with the whole thing in front of you. Card for anything small and monthly. An invoice for a build, or a year paid in one go.
Your project and where it has got to, your documents, anything you have bought and anything free I have put in there, and a short list of what is waiting on you. Buy something else later and it joins the same account.
It is the same portal my consulting clients work in every week. You are not being handed a receipt and left to get on with it.
