New in the EOS
Two live tools that sit on top of the EOS. One turns the pile in your head into sorted action. The other shows where your hours should go before the week starts. Open either in a browser, no setup.
What a surface is
The EOS runs on a loop, Capture, Organise, Refine, Express, and a handful of laws that keep it honest. A surface takes one step of that loop and performs the law for you, so the rule is something the system does, not something you carry in your head. Two are live today.
Surface one
Empty your head into one box. The AI reads the whole pile and sorts each item four ways, then you confirm with a tap or a number key. Quick wins get done, the rest gets delegated, parked or killed. Nothing moves without your say so.
It performs three laws for you: the two minute rule, eat the frog, and delegate the grunt.
Surface two
Most trackers tell you where the time leaked, after the fact. This one runs the other way. You set where your hours should go this week from your goals, then log where they went. The gap between the two is the signal for where you are under investing.
A target per area, drawn from your goals and this week’s priorities.
Real hours against each area as the week runs.
Target against actual, with the most under invested area named.
Every area carries a hard cap, red when you go over. That is Parkinson’s law made visible, and your goals deciding the week instead of your inbox.
Why it matters
The laws are built into the tool, so a tired Wednesday does not break them.
Open the Brain Dump and feel it work before you build anything else.
The week is shaped by what you said matters, set before the noise starts.
