Who you are dealing with
This site and the services on it are provided by Jonny Elliott ("I", "me"). You can reach me at jonny@jonnyelliott.com. By buying a plan or product, or by using this site, you agree to these terms.
What is on offer
- Consulting. A private, monthly consulting relationship for founders, delivered as calls and ongoing support across strategy, focus, structure and the thinking behind the decisions. Plans are Clarity, Momentum and Blueprint, at the prices shown on the site.
- The EOS (Elliott Operating System). A digital product: the operating system, the AI brain, the guides and the templates to build and run it. It is the system and the instructions, not the everyday tools it runs on. You subscribe to and pay for those tools yourself, and you are responsible for learning and maintaining them.
- The Founder Operating Audit. A free, self-assessment tool. The result is for general guidance only.
The nature of the consulting
The consulting is independent business input and a sounding board. It is not regulated financial advice, legal advice, tax advice or accountancy services. Decisions you make about your business remain yours. I will give you my honest, considered view, but I cannot guarantee any particular outcome or result.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown on the site and may change from time to time. Payment is taken securely through Stripe; I do not store your card details. Consulting plans are a recurring monthly fee, charged in advance, continuing each month until cancelled. The EOS is a one-off payment for lifetime access to the materials and future updates.
Cancelling the consulting
Consulting starts with an initial term of three months, because the first quarter is the foundations of the work. After the initial term it runs month to month, and you can cancel any time before your next billing date with no notice periods and no penalties. Cancelling stops future payments; it does not refund a month already in progress.
The digital product and refunds
The EOS is digital content delivered immediately. Where you are a consumer, you have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of purchase, but that right is lost once you have started to download or access the materials, which you agree to by buying and accessing them. I do not offer a separate money-back guarantee. If something is genuinely wrong, such as a broken download, contact me and I will put it right.
Your responsibilities
To get value from the EOS you need to supply and pay for the everyday tools it runs on, follow the guides, and keep your own data backed up. The system is designed to be built and maintained by you. I am not responsible for the availability, pricing or behaviour of third-party tools you choose to use.
Links to other sites and ventures
This site links to other ventures and services, including eba, Happy Ber Months, Valor Racing, Substack and the payment, booking and email tools used here. Those are run under their own terms, and I am not responsible for their content or practices.
Liability
I provide the services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for business decisions you make based on the input provided. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
